OrgConnect is your company's directory and corporate caller ID. Here are answers to the most common questions. If you still need help, email [email protected].
OrgConnect is an enterprise app. It only works if your organization has licensed OrgConnect and your IT administrator has activated it for your company's Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) tenant. Sign in with your work Microsoft account. If you see a "not authorized" message, your organization has not enabled OrgConnect for your account. You can then choose Personal mode, which shows your own colleagues and work contacts directly from Microsoft without any IT setup, or ask your IT administrator to activate OrgConnect for the full company directory.
Apple requires you to enable the caller-ID feature yourself. Open
Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and switch on OrgConnect.
This is a one-time step. Directory search and profiles work with or without it - only the corporate name on
incoming calls needs it. If names don't appear, open OrgConnect once while online so the latest directory
is downloaded, then toggle OrgConnect off and on in that Settings screen.
Your authorized directory is downloaded and stored securely on your device, so search keeps working with no signal. Access is renewed periodically while online; if it lapses, open the app while connected to refresh it.
If you work for more than one company that uses OrgConnect, you can add each work account and search one merged directory. Manage accounts from the app's account menu.
Use Sign out of all in the app to immediately delete all locally stored directory data from your device. You can also delete the app.
See our Privacy Policy. OrgConnect never stores your password, never sells your data, and never sees your call history.
Email [email protected]. For questions about your company's directory data, contact your organization's IT administrator.
